My daughter and I needed to get our nails done so we decided to stop at this place. We walk in and got in. I went with Vicky and my daughter went with Chi. Vicky asked if I wanted my nails shorter and I said not really just a clean up. She decided she thought they needed to be way shorter. Then I told her they were too short and Vicky said they were fine. I told her I wanted my nails squared and slightly rounded on the corners. Well Vicky decided she didn't want to shape them like that and did what she wanted. They we're horrible. When she completed all the nails she asked if I liked them and I said no that's not what I wanted. Again Vicky did what she wanted. The manager did absolutely nothing about it!!! Now Chi did a full set on my daughter and she did a great job! She was really good with her and did exactly what my daughter wanted. I will NEVER come back or recommend this place at all. Chi was awesome though!! Thanks Chi!!
